The setting of hotel was lovely and stunning, close to Westfield shopping centre. The room was reasonably large and brand-new, with coffee, a TV set, and a kettle. The staff was really very nice and accommodating, very good services.

Appreciated our 6 nights here. They served fab food for breakfast. The room was cheap and airy with view, and we slept very well. Perfect and exceptionally nice location, it was just off Green and St James parks, Stratford transport links, and Covent Garden.

Everything was perfectly fine, absolutely friendly staff made our stay really really nice. We have booked standard double room with coffee, 2 single beds, for example for 2 nights. The restaurant was good and served hot food.

The staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. They provided useful information about the nearby attractions and were happy to answer any questions. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of fast food places, shops, and activities within walking distance. It made exploring the area so convenient. Plus, the room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
One drawback we experienced was the layout of the hotel. The stairs leading to our room were in a basement-like area, which didn't match the price we paid.

The hotel is conveniently located near the football ground and is easy to find from the tube. It is also in close proximity to the Westfield shopping centre and the Olympic park. The rooms are spacious enough for a family of 5 and clean towels are provided daily. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a memorable stay.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as decor and cleanliness, could benefit from improvement.
